Privacy policy

What we store. Your email address, display name, a hashed password, the drones you register, and a history of your stream sessions (start/end time, data transferred, the IP address the stream was published from). We keep a 30-day log of connection attempts to your stream addresses for abuse prevention.

Your video. Live streams pass through our server for playback and are not recorded. When the broadcast stops, the video is gone. (If we add optional recording in future, it will be strictly opt-in.) The one exception is a single low-resolution still frame we may capture per broadcast for troubleshooting: it is visible only to the operator, never shown publicly, and deleted within 30 days.

Who can see your feed. Nobody but you can see it, unless you create a public share link. Feeds live behind unguessable identifiers, and you can revoke a share link at any time, which takes effect immediately.

Cookies. There's one session cookie, and it only keeps you signed in. We don't run analytics, trackers or any third-party scripts.

Email. We only send transactional email, meaning account verification and password resets. It goes out through Mailgun, our email delivery provider.

Deletion. Removing a drone removes its keys and links immediately. To delete your account and all associated data, email contact@mydronefeed.com.
